so here we go with the ingredients which we need to prepare the dish.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE AAMRAS MALAI AALOO (MANGO PULP CREAMED POTATO)

INGREDIENTS:- 

Baby Potato                 20-25
Ripe Mango Pulp             1/3 cup
Oil                         3 Table Spoon
Onion                       2 Big size
Ginger                      1/2 inc.
Garlic cloves               2
Green Chili                 2
Watermelon seeds (Roasted)  1 Tea Spoon
Melon Seeds (Roasted)       1 Tea Spoon
Saffron                     8-10 Threads
Fresh Cream                 2 Table Spoon
Cumin                       1 Tea Spoon  
Cardamom                    3-4
Cloves                      3-4
Curd (Blended)              3/4 cup
Turmeric Powder             1/4 Table Spoon
Red Chili Powder            1/2 Tea Spoon
Salt                        According To Taste
Garam Masala                1 Tea Spoon
Lemon Juice                 1 Tea Spoon
Black Pepper                6-7

Method To Prepare Aamras Malai Aaloo ( MANGO PULP CREAMED POTATO) :-

  1. Firstly, make holes on Potatoes after washing them.
  2. Take some oil in a Pan and put the Potatoes in it without peeling them off. Fry them until they are Golden Brown. After, drain them on kitchen Tissue.
  3. Make a Thick Onion Paste. Similarly, Make Thick Ginger and Garlic Paste.
  4. Make Paste of Melon Seeds and Watermelon Seeds.
  5. Take  a Bowl and Mix Saffron with fresh Cream and put it aside.
  6. Take 3 Table Spoon Oil in another Pan. Add Cumin,Cardamom and Cloves in Pan. After it is brown, Add Green Chilies and Onion paste and Stir it for 3-4 minutes till turning Golden Brown.
  7. Now, Add Ginger-Garlic Paste and Stir it for next 2 minutes.
  8. Now, Add Curd, Paste of Melon-Watermelon seeds , Turmeric, Red Chili Powder and stir it till it leaves Extra Oil.
  9. Now put 1/2 Cup Water in it and Mix It Well. When it starts Boiling, Add Mango Pulp, Fried Potato, Salt and mix it Well.
  10. Now, Take Cumin, Cloves, Cardamom, Black Pepper and make Powder.
  11. Now, Put Garam Masala Powder and Saffron Mix Fresh Cream in the Gravy and Fry it on Low Flame for few Minutes.
  12. Now Pour Lemon Juice and Serve it.

Now your AAMRAS MALAI AALOO (MANGO PULP CREAMED POTATO) is ready to serve.
